Ndamukong Suh tweets 'Raiders could be fun' regarding football future

Star defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh admitted on Monday that his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is likely over. The five-time Pro Bowler also said that he believes he still has plenty of time left in the league, though, and noted that he's been in contact with two players from the Las Vegas Raiders — Chandler Jones and Maxx Crosby — about potentially teaming up.

On Tuesday morning, Suh widened some eyes with a four-word tweet regarding Las Vegas.

The 2010 second-overall pick spent the first five years of his career with the Detroit Lions, capturing the Defensive Rookie of the Year Award and being named First Team All-Pro three times, before joining the Miami Dolphins on a then-record-breaking, $114 million deal. Suh suited up for the 'Fins for three seasons and made his fifth Pro Bowl roster, before being released and then spending one season with the Los Angeles Rams.

The 35-year-old has been with the Bucs since 2019, remaining with the squad on a trio of one-year deals and helping them capture Super Bowl LV against the Kansas City Chiefs. Suh finished the 2021 season with a career-low 27 tackles but still registered 13 quarterback hits and 6.0 sacks.
