Carolina Panthers Sign Draft Picks Edmund Kugbila, Kawann Short
The Carolina Panthers have signed two of their 2013 draft picks, coming to terms with defensive lineman Kawann Short and guard Edmund Kugbila on four-year deals. Both should get a great chance at playing time this season and will be heading into camp this summer in solid competitions; Short against Dwan Edwards and Kugbila against Geoff Hangartner.
